STRAIT Leadership

Scott Pomeroy


Scott leads STRAIT’s corporate management team and is responsible for the strategic direction of the company. With over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Scott has been involved in every aspect of the pipeline and facility sector, starting in the field and working up to Senior Management.

Cam Duncan

Senior Vice President

Cam is responsible for STRAIT’s Operations Support and Quality, Health, Safety and Environment departments. With over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Cam has been involved in all aspects of gas processing facility operations, construction, maintenance and turnarounds, starting as a plant operator and power engineer and working up to senior management levels on both client and contractor sides.

Kurt Lock

Vice President, Projects

A Certified Project Manager with over 25 years of experience in oil and gas construction projects and proven success in the roles of Project Superintendent, Project Manager, Construction Manager and Vice President. Kurt provides corporate leadership for STRAIT’s Corporate Development and Project groups.

Terrence Boland

Vice President, Finance

Terrence is responsible for STRAIT’s financial activities including financial reporting, project accounting, tax and treasury functions, planning and analysis, insurance, and overseeing the company’s information technology functions. Terrence is a Chartered Accountant and has extensive experience in the oil and gas services industry.

Jason Holland

Director, QHSE

Jason is responsible for the management and continuous improvement of STRAIT’s Quality, Health, Safety and Environment programs. Through his 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Jason has held the positions of WorkSafeBC Occupational Safety Officer, Construction Safety Officer and HSE Manager. He brings a unique combination of knowledge and experience to every project, ensuring health and safety compliance.

Warren Clark

Director, Facility & Maintenance

Warren has over 30 years of industry experience and is responsible for STRAIT’s Facility and Maintenance services. Warren has been involved in every aspect of the construction, maintenance and turnarounds in the oil, gas and industrial facility sector, starting in the field as a pipefitter apprentice and working his way through trade certification, foreman , supervisor , project management and up to senior corporate management positions. He has a proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams throughout Western Canada.

Trent Barrows

Director, Pipeline & Integrity

Trent has over 20 years of pipeline construction and project management experience and is responsible for STRAIT’s Pipeline and Integrity services. He has a proven track record of successfully managing projects throughout Western Canada.
