Scott Pomeroy


Scott leads STRAIT’s strategic direction, innovation and provides the overall vision for the organization. With over 31 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Scott has been involved in all aspects of the pipeline and facility sectors, starting in the field and working up to Senior Management.

Kurt Lock, PMP

Senior Vice President, Projects

Kurt leads STRAIT’s Pipeline and Integrity team.  With over 25 years of experience in oil and gas construction projects, Kurt has proven successful in the roles of Project Superintendent, Project Manager, Construction Manager, Director and Vice President.

Cam Duncan

Senior Vice President, Operations

Cam leads STRAIT’s Operations team. With over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Cam has been involved in all aspects of gas processing, facility operations, construction, maintenance and turnarounds.

Terrence Boland, CA

Senior Vice President, Finance

Terrence leads STRAIT’s Finance and Legal teams. Terrence is responsible for STRAIT’s M&A, legal, insurance and financial activities including financial reporting, accounting, tax and treasury functions. Terrence is a Chartered Accountant and has extensive experience in the oil and gas services industry.

Jason Holland, CRSP

Vice President, QHSE

Jason leads STRAIT’s Safety, Quality and HR Teams. Jason is responsible for the management and continuous improvement of STRAIT’s Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and HR programs. With over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Jason has held the positions of WorkSafeBC Occupational Safety Officer, Construction Safety Officer, HSE Manager, Director and VP.

Adam Jones

Vice President, Business Development

Adam leads STRAIT’s Business Development Team. Adam is responsible for customer account management, sales, marketing and community engagement. With 13 years of management and energy industry experience, Adam has extensive knowledge of all aspects of pipeline and facility construction and maintenance.

Kevin Flebbe

Vice President, Grande Prairie Operations

Kevin leads STRAIT’s various service lines within our Pipeline and Integrity group. With over 20 years of construction and industry experience and a solid background in pipeline construction and integrity, Kevin has a detailed understanding of all phases of the construction process.

Warren Clark

Vice President, Fort St. John Operations

Warren has over 30 years of industry experience and is responsible for STRAIT’s Fort St. John Operations. Warren has been involved in every aspect of construction, maintenance and turnarounds in the oil, gas and industrial facility sector, starting in the field as a pipefitter apprentice and working his way through trade certification, foreman, supervisor, project management and up to senior corporate management positions. He has a proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams throughout Western Canada.

Kahsha Patterson

Director, Indigenous Relations

Kahsha Patterson, from Piikani Nation, leads our Indigenous Engagement at Strait. Kahsha brings in-depth knowledge and a precise approach to ensure that every interaction is mutually beneficial and congruent with Straits ESG. Kahsha has over 8 years of Indigenous Engagement expertise spanning the end-user and service business lines.
