We are pleased to announce the merger of Strait Ltd. and Viper Innovation Inc. Effective May 15, 2020, our corporations will be operating under the combined entity of Strait Group Ltd.
Strait Group Ltd. (SGL) has been in operation since 2007 with a Corporate office in Calgary, AB and an Operations office in Fort St. John, BC. SGL specializes in pipeline and facility construction and integrity and maintenance projects for the oil and gas industry across Western Canada. SGL will continue to operate as Strait Group Ltd. for the near future but will receive a legal name change to Strait Pipeline & Integrity Ltd. as part of the merger.
Viper Innovation Inc. (VII) has been in operation since 2006, with a Corporate office in Fort St. John, BC. VII specializes in oil, gas and industrial facility construction, maintenance and turnaround projects in British Columbia and Alberta. VII will continue to operate as Viper Innovation Inc. for the near future but will receive a legal name change to Strait Facility & Maintenance Ltd. as part of the merger.
Strait Group Ltd. will provide over 30 years of combined leadership and construction experience in oil, gas and industrial projects. Aligned management and project teams will continue to place the highest value on safety, quality and customer service. The partnership will allow us to provide our clients with an expanded service line which includes; Pipeline, Integrity, Facility, Turnaround, Vessel and Maintenance Services.
Strait Group Ltd. will operate with a Corporate office at 1200, 645-7th Ave. SW Calgary, AB and an Operations office at 11480 Enterprise Way Fort St. John, BC.
Strait Group Ltd. is dedicated to serving the evolving needs of Canada’s oil and gas industry. We are excited to continue building on our existing relationships, while having the ability to offer additional project expertise, resources, support and service lines.
